At Rags & Ruffles, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail, because of this custom nature we do not offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction truly matters to us and we'll always do our best to make sure you love your piece.

We offer:
• Exchanges for a different size or style (subject to availability)  
• Credit notes valid for 12 months to use on our website  
• Complimentary alterations to ensure the perfect fit  

As each item is handmade to order, exchanges are limited to one per order.

To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition  
• Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery  
• Custom measurements or highly personalised pieces may have limited exchange options

Ready to Send items:

In stock / sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note: If you are sending your item back to us for an exchange or alterations, postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.
