At Rags & Ruffles, each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us - if you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.
You’re options:
• Exchange your item for a different size or style (depending on availability).
• Exchange for a credit note to use on our website valid for 12 months.
• Request free alterations so your item fits just the way you want it.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and we must receive the item back within 2 weeks of you receiving.
• Custom measurements or highly personalized items may have limited exchange options.
Ready to Send items:
In stock / sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note: If you are sending your item back to us for an exchange or alterations, postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.
