What is your return policy?
As all items are handmade and tailored for your perfect fit, we do not offer refunds. However, we offer exchanges and alterations! You are able to exchange the item for something else on our website or exchange the size of the garment if needed to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.

Once the exchange has been confirmed by us and the return address has been given, we need to receive the item back within 2 weeks for the exchange to still be valid.
Do you have any items in stock?
YES! Please see our 'In Stock' section on our website. These items are all unworn handmade pieces, and take 1-3 days to arrive after purchasing.
How long is delivery?
Our items take roughly 2 weeks to be handmade, they are then sent via APC at a fee of £5.90.
Typically, this is a very reliable service which arrives within 1-2 days. Please take into consideration delays which are out of our control during certain time periods. How does your sizing work?
Our sizing for each item can be found on the drop down box below each product. We usually accept standard sizing however we want you to be 100% satisfied with the fit of your item so we suggest providing your measurements where appropriate in the special requirements box e.g. 'I am 5"1 so please make sure the trousers shorter etc.
